- A huge fight broke out between the freedom fighters and the Pakistani military in Kosba. Beside Kosba battles arose between two party in Kayempur, Salda River, Noyonpur and Chouddagram. Battles went on whole day in Sylhet, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Bagura and Jessore border.

- The freedom fighters conducted a three way attack on the Pakistani military in Vatiapara of Kashiani, Gopalganj. 30 Pakistani soldiers and 20 collaborators were killed in this operation.
